In the rare event that a product is defective, please contact us within
thirty (30) days
of receiving the item(s) for a replacement or refund.
In the case of a replacement or refund on defective items, we will pay all shipping charges and provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience for domestic orders. All international return charges must be paid for by the buyer.
REFUND
:  We will gladly give refunds on any defective items within 2 day once we get the item back.
To ensure the buyer's and seller's protection,
all serial numbers are recorded.
All items will be inspected and tested before refunds or replacements are issued. Items found to be fully functional, as per description, upon inspection or items returned in the case of buyer's remorse, will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. The original shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you may also be deducted from the refund in these cases.
