Expedited Shipping:
When the Express Shipping option is selected, the orders will be delivered by a carrier of our choice (FedEx, EMS, or DHL). General transit time for Express Shipping will be 3 -10 business days from the date shipped. TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED.

If an item is not in stock when the order is placed, our Specialists will notify and issue a full refund back to the original payment method.

Exchanges & Returns:
For a full refund or exchange, please return the product within 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
Returns will only be accepted if product is in the
ORIGINAL
condition (new, unused and unwashed) with product tags attached in the original packaging. (If tags are unattached but still included in the returns, we will provide a partial refund)
Products CANNNOT be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.
Once return is received and inspected, a full refund is initiated immediately. We will send you a message once we have completed the refund process.
Refunds will be issued via PayPal. Please allow up to 10 business days for PayPal / Financial institutions to complete the refund process.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we would be happy to exchange it for a different size. We CANNOT exchange for a different color or a different item.
Cancellations:
Cancellation is accepted only if we didn’t ship the order. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer available to cancel the item. However, if you change your mind before shipping, please let us know and we will cancel the order.
