    Description

A beautiful collectible set of four U.S. postage stamps issued on May 5th, 1956 to  promote Wildlife Conservation.
The stamps were designed by Robert W. Hines and feature a wild turkey taking flight. The wild turkey would have been the national bird if Ben Franklin has his way.
These stamps have never been used and are as fresh as the day they were sold at the Post Office 65 years ago!  Suitable for framing, they would make a great gift to anyone interested in wildlife conservation!
