Net is in mint, unissued condition.
Looks fine enough for mosquitos. Is about 17" long.
Open end up top has elastic to fit around helmet, bottom is elastic too, but has a couple loops that may help tie it closed.
Closest image I saw of this was on pith helmet.
But I took a pic to show on an M1 helmet too.
Not sure of the issue date, no tags.
