Vintage 40s Evelyn Gibson Gowns Belted Dress/Jacket Set~Green/White/Black~Silk?

Hi there! This 1940s Evelyn Gibson Gowns set has a belted dress and matching jacket.  The neckline of the dress is beautiful.  Zips up the side and has belt loops for the matching belt.  There is no fabric or size tag.  The fabric seems like silk.  There is a small hole along the seam on the right side and a few loose threads along the hem inside the jacket. There is a small stain on the back approximately 7” down from the waist. Please see the last few photos of flaws described here. There are no major stains or odors but it could use a cleaning to freshen it up as it’s been in storage.
