SPH-4 is taped with a reflective tape to aid with search and rescue missions in the event USN/USMC aircrews crash in the sea especially in the dark or in low light conditions.  There is no tag or label on the helmet so I can't tell you what size the helmet is, but IF I am to guess, I'm 50% sure that it is a size Large.  Flight helmet comes equipped with an NVG mount and a battery pack.
NVG goggle is a REPLICA, so is the pilot grip stick.  Pilot grip stick buttons clicks and clacking.
SV-2B Survival Vest comes with plenty of survival contents - signal mirror, whistle, pen light with red and white filters, survival knife, water bottle, cord cutting knife, SDU strobe light, PRC radio.  See photos.
G1 leather jacket is very, very, old with visible wear and tear.  USN is punched along the tongue of the zipper line, a number 18 stamped inside the left front pocket and a number 40 label sewn inside the front right pocket.  See photos.
A couple other items in the photo is included such as the flight suit and the flight bag.  Flight suit is size 44 Long and the flight bag is used.
