Slingerland 9x24 Single Tension Bass Drum Mahogany Vintage 1930's

From the 1930's this is a Slingerland 9 (deep) x 24 single tension bass drum in a natural mahogany finish. Mahogany shell with maple reinforcement rings. It's 100% original aside from one head. This shows signs of use scratches, gouges, and some chips in the finish. Badge is loose and turns freely. Hardware has rust and pitting. It is missing a hook for carrier. Interior and bearing edges are in good shape. Hoops both have slight warping and somewhat flat spots. Heads still seam to seat and tune ok. Hoops are both also very gouged up especially where claws have sat. Heads show wear, but have a good amount of use left. No rips in calf skin head. See the pictures for more details!
