What we have is a Pitney Bowes C-Series Postage Shipping Printer / Scale / Letter Mailer.
Model:  2HOR (S/N 1183447)
Unit is in like new condition with no signs of wear or abuse.
I printed a report and it shows the total piece count as:  3016.
This machine requires the user to open an account with Pitney Bowes in order to use it.  I went through the menus, did the software update and I have included the screenshots of everything.
Includes main unit with scale and thermal printer.  Power cables included.  No other items included.  Only what is pictured.

I sell many different items and it is impossible for me to know how to test everything.  Many items I can only power on and report what I see.  If I ever have a reason to believe an item is non-functioning I will not try to list it as untested as so many sellers do, I will list it for parts or repair.  When I have an untested item it means I genuinely lack the knowledge or equipment to test it any further than is listed in the description.  As Is means the item will match my description.
Shipping:
Buyer to pay shipping in the USA (unless Free Shipping is indicated in the description).
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received unless I contact you otherqwise.
Items will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or Freight (as noted in the description)
Freight Items
Freight items are shipped FREIGHT COLLECT via my freight carrier in Tallahassee, Florida.  A palleting fee may apply (see auction description).
