Nice #25 3ct 1857 type 1 cover NY? [y4904]

Description

Nice example of the 3 cent 1857 type 1, Scott #25.  Unclear postmark might be Newark NJ; addressed to Newton NJ.  Stamp is centered high and right but shows clear type 1 frameline at bottom.  Scott 0 on cover (2018).  Backflap damage.
