Ebay's shipping calculator is OFTEN not working.  Shipping for 1 ounce packages in the United States is .39 and $.20 per additional shipping ounce. Large Envelopes (Mostly Legal sized) start at .40 for the minimum 3 ounce package(due to packaging)  and $.20 per additional ounce. International rates appear to work properly.
Ebay also often states that we do not ship to various states and countries - we ship everywhere allowed by United States law regardless of the ebay message.

Terms - the small print.
I now carry private insurance on all
shipments
over 0 in the USA. Cost of shipping is .85 for the entire shipment and includes Certified Mail and insurance. If your shipment some to over 0 and your shipping comes to less then .85 - please add the difference for insured Certified Mail shipping. This does  not apply to books and other heavy items
Terms for shipments under 0 remain the same. I am not responsible for any items lost or stolen in shipment that are not insured.
Shipments outside the USA will be charged standard fees shown plus any registered or other fees the buyer decides.
Large lots are not returnable unless. I try very hard to describe my lots accurately, please email before you bid if you have any questions.
Policy on certificates
Notice for that lots are being submitted for a certificate
must
be made and a copy of the request for certification must be mailed or emailed within 7 days. If the stamp is found to be bad I will refund both the cost of the stamp and the certificate. However, to avoid ridiculous situations, no items under final bid price may be put on extension.
No refunds
will be made after 120 days unless a further extension is requested before the end of the 120 days. We accept APS, Foundation, PSE and Weiss certificates. No graded certificates accepted and encased stamps may not be returned under any circumstances. A certificate of no opinion is not grounds for returning a stamp.
