MBU-5/P Oxygen Mask Harness

Description

Custom made oxygen mask strap harness for the MBU-5/ oxygen mask. All new materials; not original surplus.
Included in the order: webbing, 4 plastic load adjusters, 2 snaps painted black
I am a collector as well as a maker, so I strive to make these as authentic as possible. The buckles and snaps are generic, however.
Straps are 3/4” wide. Webbing is high quality material, .070 to .075 inches thick with a breaking load of 2375 pounds. Double machine-stitched together at two points in a diamond shape to replicate the original design.
The harness consists of 2 straps, each measuring 32”. I afford some extra length so that you can trim to your desired size.
Mask liner, shell, hose, and J bayonets not included (pictured for demonstration).
