    Description

    For sale is an F.W. BELL ELF meter, Model 4090, by Sypris Test & Measurement. It is in very good condition, appears to be in
    very minimally used, almost new condition. I checked the battery compartment, and the battery contacts are clean with zero corrosion.
    I have installed a new Rayovac 9V battery. Includes the instruction brochure, 2 attachments (and what looks to be an insulator)
    in the small zip lock baggie, and the zip-up case. Exterior, interior and zipper of the case, are also in excellent condition. Shipping only to U.S.A via U.S. mail. Please contact me with any questions.
