WARRANTY POLICY
All remanufactured injectors carry a one-year limited warranty from the original invoice date. The warranty covers any defects in the manufacturing and/or materials in the products.
The warranty only has an effect if the injector has been installed according to the application. If the engine has been altered or presents any other types of fault that may cause damage to the part received, the warranty will not take effect.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage to Storage, Mechanical Negligence, Inappropriate or Contaminated Diesel Fuel, Modification or Alteration of the Product, and Loss or Theft of Product.
Coverage is only valid for the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
Lone Star Diesel Sales is not liable for any expenses related to the products. This includes labor, installation charges, downtime, travel, towing, or reinstallation.
Lone Star Diesel Sales is not liable for injuries or damages to any person or property that came from installation or use of the product.
CORE RETURN POLICY
THERE IS A CORE CHARGE ON THIS LISTING
CORE CHARGE: 70 Per Set/5 Per Injector
We provide two different ways for you to return/pay core:
Return Cores in Advance
: the customer will return cores in advance to avoid any charge . We will process and inspect cores before we ship out your order.
Pay Core Charge:
the customer will be charged for the cores when placing an order for new/remanufactured parts. Cores must be returned in 30 days of the original order date to receive the full refund. Cores returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
General Condition for Acceptance
:
The injectors have to be the same type and part number as ordered
The injector core shall not be damaged
Cores shall be returned fully intact in rebuildable condition
Cores should be returned in original packaging or packed securely
Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Lone Star Diesel Sales is not liable for any damages or missing parts during transit.
Core returns will be processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on who you bank with it could take up to 5-10 business days to see the money in your account.
