In addition to selling chairs and tables from EFS, we offer a full spectrum of other event equipment from leading manufacturers. Our customers include party rental companies, event venues, golf clubs, hotels, schools, churches, and homeowners hosting their own events.

A Company You Can Trust
We're familiar with some other sellers of similar equipment who aren't as forthcoming about their true business practices. It's unfortunate, and many of our current customers came to us after having negative experiences with these online sellers in the past. Though it can be difficult to determine which company they could trust, those customers continue to buy from us because we come through on our promises, and make every effort to deliver on time and as promised. Damaged goods in transit are quickly addressed, orders are shipped promptly, and those unscrupulous sellers are left in the dust.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. Your payments are made with the highest AES-100 bit encryption for your security. We never see your personal details and the entire transaction is processed by your bank.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Most orders received before 4:00PM will ship within 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is currently in stock. Most orders received after 4:00 PM will ship within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Other processing times that may be longer for certain products are noted on the website.
Most small orders will ship with parcel carriers, like FedEx or UPS. Larger orders will likely be shipped freight with third-party carriers. Delivery time depends on distance from the warehouse and the freight carrier delivering the shipment.Eventstable, nor any third-party can guarantee a delivery date.
Take any delivery date given by EventStable or any shipping carrier only as an estimate. EventStable is not responsible for event dates or deadlines.
It is highly recommended to order products far in advance of any events to allow adequate processing time and inspection after delivery.
When the shipment leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be assigned and sent to the email used at the time of ordering. Please allow tracking up to 24-hours to become active.
Once active, an estimated delivery date and live tracking updates will be available either online or by calling in.
Although shipping damage is rare, we highly recommend that our customers thoroughly inspect each shipment just after taking delivery.
All boxes should be opened, inspected and pieces counted to ensure a complete delivery. Any damages and or/shortages must be noted at the time of delivery. Damages and/or shortages must be reported within 4 days of receipt to EventStable. You'll be required to submit a Claim Request directly on EvenStable's website.
Please ensure that you pass along this information to the person responsible for receiving the shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please log in to your account, locate your order, and click "return" from the options.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and all RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of order date. If a return is approved, the purchaser must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number prior to returning the item. To initiate a return, log in to your customer account, and select ''RMA'' from the options under ''My Account''. Return instructions will be sent upon the acceptance of your return.
Upon approval the customer must return the goods within 10 days. Failure to do so will result in the return not being honored. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping/freight costs and up to a 25% restocking fee. All applicable freight charges, any damages incurred to product and all applicable repair charges are the buyer's responsibility. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, or for defects relating to workmanship on products once they have been used.
Restocking Fee Clarification: A restocking fee is a percentage of the order total (exclusive of shipping and tax) that is excluded from the refund. Many of the items we sell are bulky and when returned require extensive inspection, testing, and potentially lose the ability to be sold as new. Your refund will be subject to up to 25% restocking fees, depending on the type of product returned.
25% - All folding chairs, all stacking chairs, all tables, all flooring and staging, all dollies and carts, all other furniture, tents, fencing, storage solutions, outdoor products, pipe & drape hardware (drapes are non-returnable).
15% - Accessory items, linens, umbrellas, folding bar stools
Customized products, closeout goods, special orders or drape orders are not returnable.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer will not be responsible for restocking fees or shipping charges in the instance of fulfillment errors or manufacturer defects.
The buyer will be responsible for items that are returned to the wrong location, and must ensure when obtaining return authorization where the return is being shipped.
Please notify us of refused shipment so we may process your account credit once the item has been received in good condition in re-sellable packaging. If you fail to notify us of a return in writing, do not receive authorization to do so, or if the product is returned in unsatisfactory condition, EventStable will be unable to process the credit. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, the purchaser will also be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. No exceptions will be made unless there is a written agreement between the EventStable and the customer reached prior to time of delivery. We will not refund packing or shipping charges. The buyer agrees to accept the seller's decision.
