Damaged Shipment Policy
We make every effort to prevent any damages during transit. However, in the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once notified, we will then request for clear pictures showing all damage(s) to the item and also the condition of the box. These pictures are needed to initiate a damage claim with our shipping carrier. After pictures are received, the replacement item will immediately ship the following business day.
