Description

I believe this is a 9-ply shell with reinforcement rings
Wrap has a very light matte look to it - hard to see from a few feet away
Hardware has all been cleaned but there is corrosion in the typical places. The worst of it is probably on the t-handles
One spur is missing the rubber tip
