1940's Blue Velvet Jacket w Trapunto SM

Description

this jacket is made from a nice cotton velveteen and has a rayon taffeta that makes a facing around the bottom and down the front edges. It has loops and velvet covered buttons, with a slight military look with trapunto stitching down the front.
I think I would try to dye the velvet, it has such a pretty style with the stitching down the front. Sold as is due to the discoloration.
I am happy to combine shipping and will do so as cheaply as possible, just wait for an invoice before paying.
