A chic Depression Era  jacket from the 1930's!
Label - Dobbs Too  Sportswear Hollywood
Color - navy blue
Fabric - 100% wool gabardine
Description - Similar to  an "Ike" jacket look.  Medium collar, small lapels, long sleeves w/button cuffs. Fitted waist w/waistband.  No shoulder pads.  However, there are semi-circular pieces of stiffened fabric sewn to the outside edge of the shoulder seam to give a little bit of structure to the jacket.  Has an attached semi-belt w/a silver metal buckle in front.  1 faux pocket w/flap & button. 4 front buttons.  The buttons are round - vintage red.  Thin plastic - almost feel like celluloid.
Size - small.  Actual measurements of the jacket - bust 34", waist 24", length 15-1/2", sleeve 23"
Condition -overall,  very good.   The bottom button (usually hidden behind the belt) has a small chip on 1 edge.  Also, 1 cuff button has some roughness (not even a chip) along 1 edge.  Otherwise, very good.
