Description

1899 cover from Winnview, Oklahoma (Territory).  CDS and target, 2 cent 1st bureau, cover with soiling, addressed to Cline with backstamp.  Short-lived Blaine County DPO, 1892-1905, Helbock R5.  Cline is a Beaver county DPO, 1894-1913.
1905 cover from Checotah, Indian Territory to Sterritt.  Duplex handstamp, 2 cent shield #319; corner card of an IOOF grandmaster and addressed to an IOOF grand lecturer  Bit of edge roughness; backflap removed.  McIntosh County.
