1860s Olivia PA manuscript #65 cover [H.1089]

Description

1860s cover from what appears to be Olivia PA, to Mount Union, PA . 3 cent 1861 #65; manuscript postmark and cancel; there is no state designation.  Another possibility might be Olena IL or OH.  All 3 of those are DPOs; you decide.
