    This colorful scrip is printed with patriotic colors including a flag at the top left with "OUR COUNTRY" below. An eagle feeds its young at the center. Palmer owned a Dry Goods and Carpet shop which was founded in 1852.
    This note grades About Uncirculated with a small split on the bottom left. Quite large for a 25c note, this scrip measures ~ 7" x 3".
