1850s Newark Ohio stampless cover paid 3 in arc [5808.67]

Description

1850s stampless cover from Newark, Ohio (Licking county).  Black cDS with "OHIO" at bottom; paid 3 in arc, addressed to Wellington.  Some backflap damage but still a nice looking cover.
